Emergency Shelter

Housing Services

The Rapid Re-Housing program lowers barriers and works with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, with the ultimate goal of obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. Visit the Homeless & Housing Services page.

Coordinated Entry

Coordinated Entry staff determines if an individual or family is at imminent risk of homelessness, or literally homeless.  Participants can receive information and referrals to community resources, assessment for homelessness prevention needs, or assessment and screening for housing needs.  For help, please call 979-822-5482. Visit the Homeless & Housing Services page.

Clothing and Household items

Domestic Violence Emergency Shelter

Phoebe's Home is a 24-hour emergency shelter that provides shelter, nutritional meals, laundry facilities, daily needs, transportation, and recreational actives to victims and their children. Visit the Domestic Violence Services page.

National Domestic Violence Hotline
