General Description: Overall responsible for the management of assigned county client caseload. Maintains caseload through approved short-term solution-focused techniques to meet FAYS contractual requirements.
Education/Other Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Master’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth and families. An additional year of experience in working with at-risk youth and families may be substituted for each year of college (30 credit hours) to secure a bachelor’s degree. Bilingual preferred but not required. Must be insurable under Agency insurance policies.
Compensation: Commensurate on experience and education + fringe: Occupational and Liability Insurance; Social Security; Annual, Sick and Holiday leave; Life and Health Insurance (when eligible), Retirement Plan (when eligible).
Hours: Full-time position; 40 hours weekly minimum; evenings and weekends, as needed or required.

Housing Case Manager

Accounting Clerk
General Description: To assist the Controller with the financial record keeping of Twin City Mission.
Qualifications:

Computer literate, thorough knowledge of accounting, good organizational skills.

Duties:

To effectively perform general accounting office duties as assigned.

File accounts payable, daily deposits, store receipts, timesheets, and recurring entries.

Enter new hires and maintain employees into the payroll system and verify that required documents are submitted.

Enter and update vendors into the accounting system and verify that required documents are submitted.

Record deposits in the Financial Accounting System.

Review and record all store receipts and relevant paperwork.

Assist in the billing of the contracts and grants.

Case Manager/Legal Advocate - Domestic Violence Services

General Description: Responsible for providing quality case management and legal advocacy to resident and non-resident clients of Domestic Violence Services.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in social sciences required. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Prefer experience working in a professional office environment.
Essential Duties:
• Attend health/information fairs, meetings, and public events, as requested
• Provide constructive, supportive case management to domestic violence victims
• Complete client assessments and create viable individual service plans for clients
• Act as legal advocate and accompany clients to court to obtain protective orders and other court proceedings, as requested by supervisor
• Provide on-call backup support 24 hours a day, as assigned
Coordinated Entry Specialist
General Description: Responsible for providing Coordinated Entry services in the Brazos Valley to those who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless. Will assist in implementing and managing a case management system that will empower participants to make the transition from homelessness to stable housing.

Domestic Violence Services Coordinator of Outreach and Prevention
General Description:
Serve as DVS Program’s Coordinator of Outreach and Prevention in each of the seven counties we serve. Work to identify victims of domestic violence, raise awareness of available services, and work with Domestic Violence Task Forces in each of the counties in an effort to educate and reduce domestic violence.
Responsible for supervising volunteers for Twin City Mission Domestic Violence Services Program (.10 FTE HHSC), coordinating unsolicited donations; scheduling in-house educational presentations and recreational activities for clients. Attend and participate in health/information fairs, meetings, or public events.
Approximately 70% travel within the Brazos Valley
Education/Licensure Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Prefer experience working with the public in a services-related position.
Qualifications:
· Professional and effective public speaking skills.
· Must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access-type databases and be able to perform advanced data entry and administrative duties.

Duties:
· Meet with representatives of law enforcement, judicial system, schools, and social service agencies in each of the counties served to develop strong working relationships with the TCM-DVS Program.
· Perform outreach in each of the counties served to schedule educational presentations around Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships with the goal of identifying victims of abuse.
· Work on coordinated agency efforts to increase the community’s understanding of interpersonal violence issues.

Housing Services Director
Responsible for the management of the Housing Services Program and staff. Overall responsible for the daily operations of the Twin City Mission Housing programs. Current grants which support housing are:
Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA)
