Bridge Case Manager II, Homeless & Housing Services-Full Time

  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for implementing and managing a case management system that will empower participants to make the transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.

  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS or higher in social science related field.

  • QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS in social science or related field; ability to work as a team player; a commitment to be non-judgemental and use a holistic approach when working with a diverse population and homeless issues; the ability to maintain professionalism and ethics when working under crisis situations; one year experience in social service field.

  • COMPENSATION: DOC + Fringe. Occupational & Liability Insurance. Social Security. Annual, Sick & Holiday Leave. Life & Health Insurance (when eligible) and Retirement Plan (when eligible).

  • HOURS: Full-time position, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Evening hours may also be required. Case Manager position will be responsible for occasional Saturday work to meet with shelter residents. Responsible and available for rotating "on-call" for the Bridge Shelter.
