Housing Services
(979) 822-1492The Twin City Mission Housing Services Program started in 1997 as Home Partners, the original Transitional Housing Program. Due to growth and expansion the program's name was changed to better reflect the services offered. The program currently offers limited, tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA), as well as intensive case management. Housing services are available for up to 24 months.
Program participants receive assistance in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from achieving self-sufficiency and/or maintaining permanent housing. They gain access to needed community services designed to help achieve more stable and independent lives. Housing Services are available to individuals and families who meet the HUD income guidelines and the HUD definition of homelessness and who are willing to participate in a self-sufficiency program.
