Driver(part time)- Donation and Resale Services
General Description: Responsible to pick up items from the community and designated TCM sites and deliver to designated TCM store, TCM warehouse or other designated site.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED or 2 years related experience.
Qualifications: Valid Texas drivers license, good driving record; able to drive proficiently a 1-ton box van, 2-ton box van, forklift, a pick up with 24-foot gooseneck cattle trailer or gooseneck flat bed trailer; able to lift 50 pounds and use a 2-wheel & 4-wheel dolly; be safety conscious; have a pleasant personality and ability to communicate well; must be insuraable under agency insurance policy.
Compensation: Negotiable plus fringe; occupational and liability insurance; social security; annual sick and holiday leave (when eligible); life and health insurance (when eligible); and pension plan (when eligible).
Hours: up to 32 hours weekly.

Donation Assistant -Donation and Resale Services
General Description: To work in all areas of donations management assisting in the operation of the warehouse and yard duties to include quality control, handling, sorting, hanging, bagging, and boxing of donated goods. Cross train to operate and work in the Twin City Mission resale stores.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or verifiable work related experience.
Qualifications: Have valid Texas drivers license or have TXDL within three (3) months from date of hire; obtain OSHA approved fork lift safety training and card within three (3) months from date of hire; the ability to follow instructions; be safety conscious; be able to work in warehouse conditions, hot in summer and cold in winter; able to work respectfully with people of all income levels and ethnic backgrounds.
Compensation: Negotiable plus fringe-Occupational and liability insurance and social security.
Hours: Maximum of 32 hours weekly, to be scheduled by supervisor.

Full-Time House Manager- Domestic Violence Services
General Description: Responsible for answering 24-hour hotline; intake of clients for Phoebe's Home - an emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence; supervise and respond to immediate needs of clients in the shelter; paperwork, reports and documentation; complete job duties as per checklist on assigned shift.
Education Requirements: High School diploma; some college hours in social sciences preferred.
Qualifications: Current Texas driver's license and insurable by Agency Insurance; computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Compensation: $8.24/hour plus fringe; occupational and liability insurance; social security.
Hours: Full-time position; eight hour shifts 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday.

Social Worker/Case Manager-Domestic Violence Services
General Description: Responsible for providing quality case management services to resident and non-resident clients of Twin City Mission Domestic Violence Services. Education/Experience: Bachelor degree in social work or other behavioral science required. Two years experience providing case management services or domestic violence service provision preferred. Qualifications: Current Texas Driver's license/reliable transportation; sensitive to various cultural, ethnic/social backgrounds, values, attitudes and languages; communication/conflict resolution/problem solving skills; knowledge of parenting skills/child development; computer proficient. Compensation: D.O.Q.; occupational and liability insurance; social security; annual sick and holiday leave (when eligible); life and health insurance (when eligible); and pension plan (when eligible). Hours: Full time position; 40 hours per week minimum, evening hours may be required. Some travel required. FLSA: Exempt. Twin City Mission is an E.O.E.
